Often the hygiene, order and scent of the room are taken for granted. Yet they are crucial factors during the process of booking a hotel. For this reason, we at Velox Academy believe it is very important to teach new staff housekeeping work - work that must be done with dedication, passion and transparency.

The training path

For a targeted insertion Velox Academy has set up a training path at its own "Hotel School" with the support of experienced internal trainers. During the course, staff will learn all the operational steps of tidying up rooms, how to manage rooms and common areas, manage staff, quality check in order to learn the management of the entire department.

In the floors you will see operating maids on floors, porters and other insiders and with the help of the teacher you will begin to take the first steps towards cleaning techniques. You will learn how to manage a laundry plan, preparation and handling office. We will teach you how to set up the working cart, how to check the quality of a room or a common space. Upon completion of the course, a certificate of attendance will be issued and each employee will be accompanied to the direct inclusion in the work team at the hotel assigned.
